Great Rug, Great Customer Service

I recently ordered 2 Palma Abstract Modern grey rugs. The first one arrived after 4 weeks and it is absolutely fabulous, a really attractive addition to my newly decorated lounge. However. The second one hadn't arrived after 5 weeks. I got in touch with Rug Factory to express my concern and had several reassuring replies. Unfortunately it is out of stock but I was assured I could re-order once the production recommenced. I requested a refund and have been told this will be in my bank a/c very soon. The customer service team acted promptly and I have the resolution I requested . I will definitely re-order and they have said they will advise me when able. The larger rug is so soft and of very good quality for the very reasonable cost.. I love it.

Brilliant

Its soft but when you first roll it out had. Funny vinegar smell but I'm sure that will go away with time. Carpet is very large and cover enough space for my kids to play with. Its simple rug and will fit in any room as it is very easy on the eyes
