New rugs may shed some fluff initially. Vacuum regularly to remove loose debris and maintain appearance. In case of spills, blot with a clean cloth and avoid rubbing. Trim pet nails to prevent tears and avoid excessive wetness. Protect from fading by avoiding direct sunlight and use furniture cups under furniture.

Excellent

The Santorini navy and cream largest size rug looks wonderful on our oak floor, which was quite cold in winter. Not any more, the quality and thickness of the pile warms the room, and although folded was easily laid flat overnight to straighten any creases. We cannot fault it and recommend the delivery which was only 2 days, driver informed us time of delivery too. Highly recommend this firm.

Love this rug.

The rug is beautiful, but as it arrived folded and not rolled, we haven't yet managed to straighten out the creases. I'm sure, over time, they'll even out. Delivery was quite fast.

Lve this rug!

I have bought rugs from various sources before but never experienced the same quality at this price. Rugs factory will be my go to from now on. Looks great. Fabulous quality for the price and feels lovely underfoot.
