New rugs may shed some fluff initially. Vacuum regularly to remove loose debris and maintain appearance. In case of spills, blot with a clean cloth and avoid rubbing. Trim pet nails to prevent tears and avoid excessive wetness. Protect from fading by avoiding direct sunlight and use furniture cups under furniture.

Santorini grey medallion rug

Bought the 240 x 330 size in Santorini grey medallion Excellent value for money. Quality was good, delivery was free and on time. Could not fault it. Only other comment to make was as the rug was delivered folded and not rolled it took a while for the creases to go. No complaints though as delivery was free. Have recommended to friend since who has ordered 2 rugs and was also very pleased with service. 5 stars!!

Santorini rug

Very happy with the rug. However a week on and still a few ripples where it doesn't quite lay flat still. It didn't come rolled it came folded. For the price and size it good value though abd delivery excellent time.
